Returns & Exchanges Policy
if you have any return and exchange issue don’t worry, we have very quick and easy retuned and exchange policy.
Contact on WhatsApp/Call before dispatching parcel to us.
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense(Both Sides Delivery Charges) to our address. Which is mentioned on parcel.
- Delivery Charges Plus 100 rupees extra charges will not be refunded On COD Payments
- NOTE: On Refund 350+5% (DC+GOVT. Charges) EXTRA WILL BE DEDUCTED
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange.
1. Complete Return information.
- If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Return information and include it with your return shipment.
- Reason or return or exchange
- In case of exchange write what you want in exchange(different color, size, other products)
2. Repack Merchandise.
- Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return information form are included with your return shipment.
3. Ship to us.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the address which is mentioned on their parcel:
